Bred by Yabby Dam Farms, Just Believe ran a career-best 1:55.9 in landing his first G1 success - making him Orlando Vici’s fastest Australian-bred offspring.
With lifetime stakes of $201,263, the six-year-old is on the cusp of overtaking Brand Prince ($202,410) to become the French stallion’s richest Australian-bred earner.
Just Believe also becomes Orlando Vici’s second G1 winner - following Cravache Dor’s victory in the Need For Speed Process 3yo final earlier this season.
Orlando Vici’s Australian progeny is also within $4000 of taking total earnings past $1m from the 22 offspring to race and 17 individual winners.
It has also been a big week for Quaker Jet, with him producing four individual winners across Victoria and South Australia.
