French stallion Love You is a worldwide super star.
Offering French and North American bloodlines, he has become a legend in his own time in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
Haras des Trotteurs has been privileged to offer Love You to Australasian breeders.
He has produced 119 New Zealand-bred individual winners over the past decade and 21 Australian-bred individual winners from just two commercial crops of racing age.
His influence on Australian tracks has been far greater than these statistics indicate, with the NZ-bred 3yo filly Queen Elida the latest example.
Queen Elida captured her second Australian group 1 age classic in the Victorian Trotters Oaks, 2200m, at Ballarat on Saturday, October 16.
Trained by Brent Lilley, Queen Elida was dominant - leading and withstanding challenges all the way to the line in 2:1.2.
She also won the group 1 Princess Need For Speed final at Melton earlier this season.
Queen Elida now has eight wins in 17 starts with a career-best mark of 1:56.8.
Queen Elida is one of 14 3yo individual winners Love You has had in Australia this season – to have him at the top of the national 3yo trotting sires list, with 34 wins to their credit
Love You is also the number one 2yo trotting sire in Australia with seven individual winners.
As well as continuing to make a major impact on the breeding scene in his own right,
Love You is a sire of sires with the likes of sons Quaker Jet Fra, Dreamcatcher Swe and Kvintet Avenger Fin leaving their mark on the Australian breeding scene and Classic Connection having shuttled to Australia standing his first season at Haras des Trotteurs.
Quaker Jet, Dreamcatcher and Kvintet Avenger sit with Love You in the top 10 2yo trotting sires in Australia for the season.
Quaker Jet is also alongside Love You in the top 12 trotting sires in Australia for wins this seasons, with 3yo filly Fancy adding to his tally at Bankstown on Monday, October 18.
HARAS DES TROTTEURS is this season offering LOVE YOU exclusively to Australian breeders.
And that’s not all.
Love You son's; CLASSIC CONNECTION, QUAKER JET and DREAMCATCHER are also on the roster.
Take your choice.
