SILVER LINED DAY

A great day for our stallions USED TO ME and QUAKER JET in group 3 VICBRED SUPER SERIES silver races at Kilmore on Wednesday, December 30.

Used To Me two-year-old filly SHE SAILZ ran her rivals off their legs to score by 43.7m and Quaker Jet's three-year-old daughter IM READY JET ran a race of her own way out in front to hit the line 28.7m clear.

She Sailz brought up her third win in her latest four starts in the most impressive way possible.

Reinsman Ryan Duffy let She Sailz roll to the lead and she was never going to do do anything else but win - running her last 800m in 28.5 and 29.2 seconds to rate 2:1.2 for 2180m.

She was bred by Yabby Dam Racing and is raced by BJ and AJ Tindale, CJ Hicks, S Taylor, CM Chattenton, SJ Reddie and S Dillon.

Part-owner and joint trainer AJ Tindale was emotional post-race, shedding a few tears.

An elated Tindale told Trots Vision that the win was a big relief after the hours and hours of work which had been put in getting her right.

"No one knows the hours which have been put into her.

"It means so much."

She Sailz is the second winner out of NZ-bred mare Elle Galleon - making her a half-sister to NSW Trotters Derby winner and now NZ-based Xebec.

Im Ready Jet was back to her stunning best in rating 2:00.5 for 2180m.

Driver Jason Lee ran her own race, with no one able to get near her in the run.

Im Ready Jet finishes what has been an extended season with seven wins from 12 starts for $112,000 in stakes.

This gives her a career record of 10 wins in 19 starts for $173,000.

She was bred and is raced by Yabby Dam Racing.
